Cozumel

I visited Chichen Itza in near Cancun, Mexico in the winter of 2006. These are some of the notable shots I took during my outing to the ruins. It was fascinating to see ancient ruins like these in person.

My wife and visited Cozumel during a cruise in 2010. We hired a cab to take us to a few interesting places on the island. The photos above are from our stop at a beach on the western shore which is largely uninhabited side of the island (there is no electricity and only a couple of inns/B&B's). The driver also noted that people don't usually visit that side of the island of use the beached because of constant rough waters.
